From the interiors of Orissa, comes this unique tradition of basket making made out of a monsoon grass called "Kaincho" or Golden grass. Found locally in and around parts of Orissa, golden grass grows to a height of about 5-6 feet and the inflorescent stick which appears after the monsoon, is used for weaving. This eco-friendly, biodegradable grass has been woven to create a unique yoga mat bag to replace the common polyester and synthetic materials that go through several polluting processes. Not only is this bag friendly to nature, it is also extremely sturdy as a material and is therefore ideal for you to protect and carry your favourite yoga/exercise mats.
